We all have students who struggle with the basics of writing, from sentences to essays and everything in between. Do not fret, though, when there are writing activities you can do during writing or during downtime to alleviate the struggle.
1. Set up Writing Stations-In a class size of 16-24, you can set up four stations. Station 1 are titles, Station 2 are Paragraph adjusters, Station 3 are Finish the Story, and Station 4 are Revision Experts.
By setting up these stations, you increase and improve the community of writers you have already created.
At each station, place a writing piece as a sample for students to work with, which alleviates the stress of having the student use their work.
